All customers must agree to accept the following disclaimer and conditions of entry to all Pick A Part Yards.
If you do not agree, please do not enter.
Be Aware - You enter at your own risk.
Your safety is your responsibility – Think Safety First.
The Management does not accept responsibility for any injury, accident or damage to any person or property.

By entering any one of Pick a Part yards, you here-by accept and agree to the following terms and conditions. Under no circumstance will these conditions be considered or wavered.
- TOOLS ONLY. Customer is responsible NO CAR PARTS or accessories enter the yard
- Customers accept ALL PARTS not declared will be charged for or left behind.
- Sample parts sealed in our security bag will be charged for if the bag has been opened and seal has been tampered with.
- Toolboxes, bags and clothing including pockets and socks will be checked when leaving the premises.
- The customer acknowledges that the parts on display are used parts and have not been inspected by Management as to quality or fitness for any purpose.
- The customer must rely on the customers own decision whether or not a part is suitable for the customer's requirements and is the correct size and dimensions.
- The Management does not give any undertaking that a part is suitable for any particular purpose: the choice and responsibility is entirely the customers.
- No jacks, gas torches or grinders are allowed into the yard.
- NO bare feet, jandels, open toed shoes or loose footwear allowed. Please wear sensible boots or shoes for your own safety.
- If you pull it, you pay for it. Please check price before removing parts.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or request that you leave.
Touch Screen Kiosks
Before entry to any one of Pick A Part Yards, you must use the Touch Screen Kiosks provided at the Reception Area.
By using our kiosks, you can select individual cars then check the price of their parts. You must know and accept the price of each part before you can decide whether or not to remove them, right?
The Touch Screen Kiosks also provides you, the customer important information on
- Parts prices (accepted before removal)
- Pricing options (Standard or No Return)
- Parts availability (whether they’re still in stock)
- Location of vehicles (which site they can be found at)
- Lot numbers of vehicles (where they are situated within yards)
Payment
Payment must be made at point of sale in either cash, eftpos or credit card. NO cheques accepted. No credit will be given. No quotes given.
Receipts will be given on all purchases. You must retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
Guarantees
THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT NO GUARANTEES or WARRANTIES ARE GIVEN ON ANY PARTS PERSONALLY SELECTED BY YOU AND NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE GIVEN.
* These premises are monitored with visual and audio surveillance.
* To buy parts from these vehicles you must visit Pick a Part Avondale, Mangere, Takanini, New Plymouth, Wellington or Christchurch and remove the parts yourself with your own tools.
* There are no telephone or online service for parts at Pick a Part.
AVOID BEING SCAMMED: We do not sell parts online, hold or ship parts. All transactions must be conducted in person at Pick a Part Yard only.
